one thing,i am Malaysian with SPR.any brother is Malaysian marry thai?how do you apply and what procedure to apply for her to stay in Malaysia. Thanks alot SPR go thru the same process of ROM and going to ICA for extension and applying LTSP or PR. Except that for ROM i think u will need to get additional documentation that will need endorsement from Msian High Com here. As for staying in Malaysia u will have to check with immigration regulations in Msia lor, unless u are able to get her Msian PR.

one thing,i am Malaysian with SPR.any brother is Malaysian marry thai?how do you apply and what procedure to apply for her to stay in Malaysia. Thanks alot wow....bro. yr case very complicated coz u are not a local. why dun u get married in malaysia instead and apply PR/LTSVP thru yr PR status in spore? i think malaysia side should be much more easier than spore. If he is a SPR living and working in Spore, no point ROM in Msia unless he decide to move back.

ok here goes, will post when i get more inspirations! haha.
Marrying a Thai
After 13 years of marriage with 3 kids, i would say Cultural Differences is still a main issue. Maybe for those who are more educated will adapt better over here.
Language barrier of cos unless u have really mastered the language or your spouse either way, even that u will take years to really understand the language unless you have lived in thailand for some period of time to really understand. If not i guess both can live together comfortably with just the basics, but when it comes to argument or quarrels, u will definitely find it difficult and frustrating, language and also again cultural differences.
Food.. haha Yes FOOD! Thais just cannot get used to our local food here. And same goes for some of us who cant get used to some of the Thai taste. I suppose during the early part of your spouse arrival, it would be difficult to find authentic Thai food when u go out, unless end of the day still need to go to Golden Mile to fill her stomach. ;D ** Ya it took my wife 10yrs to finally get her to taste Mutton curry which she now loves, and dipping rota prata with curry.
Ok think thats all i can think of. But of cos all the above could be different for others as this is just my experiences and those that i have known.

brudder snake...nevertheless what i thinking is...its the 'LOVE' between you and yr wife that see thru all these obstacles...! may both of you and yr little ones live happily ever after...i will be looking up to you as my example.! and i couldnt agree with you more...!!
i think nowadays couples with lots in common also dun see thru a long time together and withstand the time of love...
